Coach Ben Callaway came to East Fairmont with Coach Eakle in 2019 as WR / DB coach and Asst. Offensive Coordinator. He came to the Bees after an All-PVC career at Tucker County at Safety for the Mountain Lions as Part of their Playoff run in 2018. Callaway was also a three time State Champion Hurdler in Track and Field.
Coach Callaway also served as Head Men's Track and Field Coach from 2023 to 2026 helping the Bees win their 2nd Regional Title in schools 105 year History in 2025.
He has Helped the Bees earn three Playoff appearances over the past 7 seasons matching the Total East Fairmont had earned in the school's First 98 seasons. In 2024 Coach Callaway was promoted to Offensive Coordinator and Asst. Head Coach for the Bees.
